| Martine revisits Corsican recipes and stages it in dream landscapes. Each year has its own store of hope and adventure.
2007 will be a special year, as Martine began preparing the foundations for this new book, which she decided to streamline and make accessible to all kinds of folk, while preserving what makes her special as an island cook.
This year has also been a special one thanks to life-changing encounters with big chefs, namely Philippe Legendre of George V, Michel Roth and Thierry Michelet of Ritz who wholeheartedly revealed their cuisine and opened up their hearts to her.
An eventful year which, far from satisfying her hunger for knowledge, has inspired her to share her passion for culinary art with others.
This work will bring her closer to her readers, and will therefore aid her in fulfilling her hope of meeting all those with good taste and party spirit.
